How long is the cooling-off period for KYC registrations (face to face registrations) & e-KYC registrations (online registrations)?

The cooling-off period is 1 hour for KYC registrations and 12 hours for e-KYC registrations, starting from the moment your registration is successful.
You will be able to log in to the mobile app but won’t be able to make payments or transfer money until the cooling-off period ends.
