Change your Card PIN Number

Option 1 - Merchantrade Branch

• Over the counter at any Merchantrade branch

Option 2 - Mobile App

Step 1: Login to your account on your mobile app

Step 2: Go to 'Settings'

Step 3: Select 'Set PIN Card'

Step 4: Enter and confirm 'New PIN'

Step 5: Click 'Change PIN'

Step 6: Enter OTP
