Option 1: Merchantrade Branch

Over the counter at any Merchantrade branch

(Transaction will be credited immediately)

 

Option 2: Via FPX

Step 1: Login to your account at www.merchantrademoney.com / Merchantrade Mobile app

Step 2: Click on the 'Top-Up Money' icon

Step 3: Enter the amount to top-up

Step 4: The bank listed with FPX service will appear

Step 5: Select your bank and click 'Proceed'

Step 6: A pop-up window from your bank's internet portal will appear

Step 7: Enter your internet banking User ID and Password

Step 8: Click confirm 'Transaction Complete'

(Transaction will be credited immediately)

 

Option 3: Via Maybank2U.com

Step 1: Login to your Maybank account at www.maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Select 'Account & Banking'

Step 3: Select 'Bill Payment'

Step 4: Select 'Make a one-off payment'

Step 5: Select 'Leasing & Financing' from the category of payees and click 'Continue'

Step 6: Select 'Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd' and click 'Continue'

Step 7: Enter the amount and Merchantrade Money Visa Prepaid Card Number (16 digits) then click 'Continue'

Step 8: Request for TAC and click 'Confirm'

(Transaction will be credited within 48 to 72 hours)

 

Option 4: Via CIMB Clicks

Step 1: Login to your CIMB Clicks account at www.cimbclicks.com.my

Step 2: Click 'Pay' and select 'Bills'

Step 3: Click on 'CIMB Clicks Biller Name'

Step 4: Select 'Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd'

Step 5: System will pop-up the details to key-in:

a) Bill Account No: Merchantrade Money Visa Prepaid Card Number (16 digits)

b) Card Number: Merchantrade Money Visa Prepaid Card Number (16 digits)

c) Amount

Step 6: Request for TAC and click 'Confirm'

(Transaction will be credited within 48 to 72 hours)

 

Option 5: Via JomPAY

Step 1: Login to your bank account

Step 2: Select 'Payment'

Step 3: Select 'JomPAY'

Step 4: Select 'Account'

Step 5: Enter Biller Code '88898' and click 'Submit'

Step 6: Enter the Mobile Number as Ref-1 (Number format must be 601XXXXXXXX)

Step 7: Enter Recipient Name as Ref-2 (Optional)

Step 8: Enter the amount

Step 9: Click 'Continue / Confirm'

*Some step may vary slightly for different banks

(Successful transaction will be credited immediately)

 

Option 6: Via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) - Maybank

Step 1: Select 'Language'

Step 2: Select 'Cash Payment'

Step 3: Select 'Misc Payment'

Step 4: Select 'M-TRADE' (3rd Screen)

Step 5: Key-in 'M-TRADE Payee Code Number as '056'

Step 6: Enter your Merchantrade Money Visa Prepaid Card Number (16 digits)

Step 7: Enter your contact number

Step 8: 'Payment Confirmation Screen', please confirm 'Yes'

Step 9: Insert cash and confirm

Step 10: Collect your receipt

*Please keep the 'Confirmation Receipt'

(Transaction will be credited within 48 to 72 hours)

 

Option 7: Via Western Union

Cash-In any Western Union overseas

Step 1: Select 'Top-Up Money'

Step 2: Select 'Cash In from Western Union'

Step 3: Enter your WU tracking number (MTCN) and other required info

Step 4: Review and confirm the transaction

(Transaction will be credited immediately)

 

Option 8: Via Debit Card

Step 1: Click 'Top-Up Money'

Step 2: Click 'Debit Card Top-Up'

Step 3: Enter amount and click 'Add New Debit Card'

(You can choose to save it for future top-ups)

Step 4: Enter Card Details and click 'Next'

Step 5: Enter OTP

(Transaction will be credited immediately)

 

Option 9: Via selected e-Pay locations

Step 1: Visit selected e-Pay Merchant and provide your mobile number and top-up amount at the counter

Step 2: Verify the Details on the receipt

Step 3: Open the Merchantrade Money app and click 'Top-Up Money'

Step 4: Click 'Voucher / e-Pay Top-Up'

Step 5: Enter the 'Voucher ID' from the receipt and click 'Continue'

(Transaction will be credited immediately)
