Can I disable DuitNow services?
Yes, you may do so. Kindly refer to the steps below:
- Login to the Merchantrade Money Mobile App.
- Click the side menu on the Homepage and select ‘DuitNow’
- Go to 'Settings'
- Select 'Disable DuitNow Services'
- Click on the 'Yes' button
Done
Note: You will not be able to perform DuitNow Transfer or pay via DuitNow QR once you disabled DuitNow service within Merchantrade Money e-Wallet. To enable DuitNow Services again, simply click “Enable DuitNow” button.
